12 Days of Fitness

We've turned a classic Christmas song into a fitness challenge! Have fun, keep moving, and sing while you burn off cookies and fudge!

Every day will build on each other--just like the song. Complete the daily fitness challenge to be registered for prizes. For each challenge met you will get your name placed in a raffle! To ensure fairness the challenge must be performed in front of a staff member in the facility! The fun starts Friday, December 12th.

On the First day of Fitness My trainer asked of me: 1 30 Second Plank (Friday, 12/12)

On the second day of Fitness My trainer asked of me: 2 Body weight Squats and 1 30 Second Plank (Saturday, 12/13)

On the third day of Fitness My trainer asked of me: 3 Burpees, 2 Body Weight Squats, and 1 30 Second Plank (Sunday, 12/14)

On the fourth day of Fitness my trainer asked of me: 4 Push-ups, 3 Burpees, 2 Body Weight Squats, and 1 30 Second Plank (Monday, 12/15)

On the fifth day of Fitness my Trainer asked of me: 5 Jumping Jacks, 4 Push-ups, 3 Burpees, 2 Body Weight Squats, and 1 30 Second Plank (Tuesday, 12/16)

On the sixth day of Fitness my trainer asked of me: 6 Lunges, 5 Jumping Jacks, 4 Push-ups, 3 Burpees, 2 Body Weight Squats, and 1 30 Second Plank (Wednesday, 12/17)

On the seventh day of Fitness my trainer asked of me: 7 Russian Twists, 6 Lunges, 5 Jumping Jacks, 4 Push-ups, 3 Burpees, 2 Body Weight Squats, and 1 30 Second Plank (Thursday, 12/18)

On the eighth day of Fitness my trainer asked of me: 8 Jump Squats, 7 Russian Twists, 6 Lunges, 5 Jumping Jacks, 4 Push-ups, 3 Burpees, 2 Body Weight Squats, and 1 30 Second Plank (Friday, 12/19)

On the ninth day of Fitness My trainer asked of me: 9 Bench Dips, 8 Jump Squats, 7 Russian Twists, 6 Lunges, 5 Jumping Jacks, 4 Push-ups, 3 Burpees, 2 Body Weight Squats, and 1 30 Second Plank (Saturday, 12/20)

On the tenth day of Fitness My trainer asked of me: 10 Prisoner Squats, 9 Bench Dips, 8 Jump Squats, 7 Russian Twists, 6 Lunges, 5 Jumping Jacks, 4 Push-ups, 3 Burpees, 2 Body Weight Squats, and 1 30 Second Plank (Sunday, 12/21)

On the eleventh day of Fitness my trainer asked of me: 11 Step Ups, 10 Prisoner Squats, 9 Bench Dips, 8 Jump Squats, 7 Russian Twists, 6 Lunges, 5 Jumping Jacks, 4 Push-ups, 3 Burpees, 2 Body Weight Squats, and 1 30 Second Plank (Monday, 12/22)

On the twelfth day of fitness my trainer asked of me: 12 Mountain Climbers, 11 Step Ups, 10 Prisoner Squats, 9 Bench Dips, 8 Jump Squats, 7 Russian Twists, 6 Lunges, 5 Jumping Jacks, 4 Push-ups, 3 Burpees, 2 Body Weight Squats, and 1 30 Second Plank (Tuesday, 12/23)
